Well I don't have a photo but I made beef enchiladas yesterday. There were tasty with ground beef, red and yellow peppers and corn. Simple yet scrumptious.
I didn't make a treat this weekend. I wasn't feeling so hot so I mostly stayed on the couch.
BUT I did finish cutting out the main fabric for the top I am sewing. Just three more pieces to cut and then it's sew time.

Fabric Cutting
To me, the worst part of sewing is cutting out the pattern.
First person to finish this task for me gets a warm cookie!
Mmm...maybe I will make myself some strawberry banana oatmeal to kick start my energy and watch some Little Dorrit on PBS.
