This week seemed like it would never end! Not a lot going on, work and school as usually, just a lot of it.

The tree below is amazing. I have no idea what it is but it has these beautiful Pom-Pom cherry pink blossoms at the end of a thin windy branch. Every time I walk through them on my way to an from work I feel like I am Willy Wonka in the Land of Pure Enchantment.

Talk about consumerism! The package room in our building was too full so the excess spilled out into the back hallway. These are all the packages from one day! Granted we have well over 200 units in our building, this still is a lot of STUFF.

This week has been much like any other: a little stress, maybe too much indulgence and plenty of pep-talks. When did growing up become so hard?

On my way to work Wednesday I got a latte, a very rare treat. (Thanks mom and dad!)

Because of the exceptionally nice weather the magnolia trees have started to bloom. My morning bus drops off in front of the White House, and felt the beautiful pinks were so enchanting.
